If you're interested in commissioning a project from me, please contact me via my email or discord. Please keep in mind that I do not typically accept work unannounced from strangers, so please visit one of my relevant socials for commission availability.
Pricing
Prices may be subject to change depending on the subject of the work! Exact rates will be set by me upon contact.Initial payments includes clean lineart, flatcolors, and a simple background- flatcolor, transparent or a gradient. Extra characters can be added to the commission, for a price increase of 50% plus addons on top of the original cost.Got custom work or ideas you need done? Just ask! I'm always open to discussing pricing on other projects.

Terms of Service
SECTION I - AGREEMENT TO SERVICESBy delivering payment, the client agrees to the terms and conditions as outlined in this document, as set by Sylv Artworks, hereby known as the artist. Most of this document will refer to a piece of artwork as ordered by the client, hereby known as the project. Payments are currently accepted via Stripe or Paypal, either through invoicing or digital storefront.The terms of this document are set as-is, and not subject to negotiation. Failure to obey the terms and conditions as set in this document may result in a cancellation of the current service and a denial of any further services in the future.
SECTION II - PAYMENT, TIMELINE, AND REFUND POLICYAll payment for the project must be delivered before work begins. Prices may be raised or lowered by the artist as they wish.Once payment has been received for the project, the artist agrees to start work on the project as soon as possible. Estimated delivery for all commissioned projects- to be sent via email or personal messages- are set upon payment, typically two weeks from then.Under normal circumstances, the client may request any major alterations within one week of payment and before coloring has began. Additionally, one check-in will be made before starting coloring, upon which any major adjustments or alterations may also be requested. This may change for rush orders or certain projects, to be discussed upon payment.Minor alterations and adjustments (such as incorrect colors or minor mistakes to lineart.) may be requested before the final delivery of the project.If the project has not been delivered within the agreed deadline, the client reserves the right to request a refund in full of the project, which can be done through contacting the artist. Outside of this time frame, the artist reserves the right to deny a refund for any reason.
SECTION III - USE POLICYThe artist reserves all copyright for the finished project, and may opt to use it for any way they choose, including upload to various websites and shared in conversations both public and private. The client is granted an exclusive copyright license to share the project with other individuals or upload the project to social media or other websites, with the following limitations to it's use:-The project may not be uploaded to any website or service that charges the user a fee to view it's contents.-The project may not be used for any cryptocurrency, non-fungible token, or otherwise blockchain related service or application.-The project may not be used for the purposes of artificial intelligence datasets, nor used to generate images using artificial intelligence or used as training data for them.-The client may request to keep the work commissioned off of public sites like social media, if they ask the artist.
